Services

What your dispatcher handles

One dispatcher assigned to your truck. They learn your lanes and your schedule and manage the work below.

Load sourcing and booking

We search the major load boards and our broker contacts for freight that matches your equipment, lanes, and schedule.

Rate negotiation

We negotiate with brokers using current market data, fuel costs, and deadhead miles. You approve every load before it is booked.

Broker setup and paperwork

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and proof of delivery are handled and filed for your records and your factoring company.

Trip planning

Loads are planned back to back to reduce empty miles and get you home on the schedule you set.

Broker communication

Check calls, tracking updates, detention and lumper requests, and truck-ordered-not-used claims are handled by your dispatcher.

Weekly reports

A weekly summary of loads, gross revenue, rate per mile, and deadhead so you can see how the truck is performing.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need my own MC authority to work with you?

Yes. We dispatch for carriers operating under their own MC number. If you are leased onto another carrier, check your lease agreement first. Most do not allow outside dispatch.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. Some brokers require 90 days of authority history, but many do not. We know which brokers work with new carriers and plan your lanes around them while your authority ages.

What documents do you need to get started?

Your MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance listing us as certificate holder, a voided check or factoring notice of assignment, and a signed dispatch service agreement.

How and when do I pay you?

We invoice weekly for a flat percentage of the gross on loads we booked that week. No load, no fee. There are no sign-up costs or monthly minimums.

How do I get paid for loads?

Brokers pay you directly, or your factoring company if you factor. We do not handle your money. We send the paperwork your factor needs so you get funded quickly.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

The dispatch agreement is month to month. Cancel any time with written notice.

Can I still book my own loads?

Yes. You only pay us on loads we book. Some carriers use us only for backhauls or during busy weeks.
